Our mission at Nutmeg Land Surveying Services is to provide our clients across Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties in Connecticut with complete Land Surveying Services for all their land development needs.

The Company founder Tom Carpenter has a bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Tom has extensive experience in Land Surveying, and also has over 20 years of construction and construction management experience and throughly understands the needs of the construction professional.

Nutmeg Land Surveying Services is dedicated to maintaining state of the art equipment and software to meet clients need on projects of all sizes.
